Alan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and goal planning professional. With a background in education, Alan is well suited to teach clients how to build a financial plan that is appropriate and attainable. Alan joined O’Dell Capital Management in 2011 and today overseas all aspects of financial planning and investment model selection.

“Own Your Time” is more than a slogan or website address, it is a goal that most people have in common. Alan works one-on-one with each client to design a plan to either become or to remain financially independent while navigating life’s most common financial hazards. He understands the importance of getting to know each client on a personal level.

Alan received a bachelor’s degree from Shawnee State University in 2008 and a master’s degree from Xavier University in 2010. Following a rigorous study program, he successfully completed the Certified Financial Planning course in 2018 and earned the CFP® designation. Alan utilizes his training and education with each client while proficiently applying Goal Planning and Monitoring technology.

Alan enjoys spending his spare time with his son, Guyton. He also has a deep love for sports and enjoys playing as much as watching. Alan is active in his local church where he plays drums on the Worship Team.
